Defensive Strategy
For investors utilizing the defensive strategy, we charge an annual advisory fee of 1% on all assets under management (AUM), deducted monthly. Stillwater Investing does not charge any withdrawal, account-closing, account-opening, or account transfer fees.
Active Management
For investors receiving active management, we charge an annual fee of up to 2% on all assets under management, deducted monthly.
Business Services
The annual fee for investment advising on an employee’s retirement portfolio is 1% AUM, deducted monthly. We also use a third-party vendor for bookkeeping, which charges a separate annual fee based on employee count. Both of these fees are tax-deductible.

Hourly Rates
For any financial planning services or special projects outside the scope of our services, clients will be charged $250.00 per hour plus expenses.
